Known Issues
This hub links save, launch, achievement, upgrade reset and card repair issues with source status labels.
Triage Order
Start with the least destructive checks: relaunch, remove launch options, test -dx11 only for instant crashes, disable overlays one by one, verify files, check patch notes, export tracker progress, then test one variable at a time.
Performance & Controls
Recent player reports also mention FPS drops, stutter, resolution, ultrawide, mouse sensitivity and key binding friction. Keep those reports here for now instead of splitting thin pages. The August 22 update added FOV and mouse-smoothing settings, so start there before editing files.
Source Policy
Do not turn a community workaround into an official fix unless an official source says so. Community reports can be useful, but they need status labels.
High-Risk Actions
Deleting saves, reinstalling without backup or editing files manually should be a last step, not a first response.
