Quick Answer

A practical 100% route is early basics, money and upgrades, card sets, collectibles, cereal boxes, then grind cleanup and foil cards. The August 27 patch matters because duplicate cards can be Levelled Up more visibly, Kotalion can no longer be sold, and trash-bag plus beer achievement counters now calculate from save to save.

Most Common 100% Blockers

Prioritize the things players actually get stuck on: 6/7 audiotapes, 12 figurines after the first easy finds, 3 cosplay outfits, 10 cereal boxes, full foil set, all foil cards, Kotalion, 999 garbage bags, 1000 beers, and save or achievement sync issues after long sessions.

Blocker Route Order

Solve collectibles before long grind counters when possible. A missing last cassette, missing last figurine or zero-cosplay run can change how you use new piles, while 999 bags and 1000 beers can be routed steadily after your collectible state is clear.

Early Route

Turn on the radio, recycle 7 garbage bags, collect your first card, buy one upgrade, find your first figurine and audiotape, and open the first cereal box when you can track it. These cover many high-completion achievements without special routing.

Money Route

Plan $1,000, $10,000, $50,000 and $100,000 as deliberate checkpoints. If you are close to a cash achievement, stop buying upgrades briefly; if you are far away, upgrades that improve cleanup speed can pay back over the full route. Do not use repeated Kotalion selling as a current route after the August 27 patch.

Card Set Route

Finish Blue, White, Red and Purple base sets before treating foil progress as complete. Base set achievements and foil achievements are separate, so use the card tracker and foil tracker independently. Check three same-card, same-Quality duplicates for Level Up before selling them.

Collectibles Route

Track 12 figurines, 7 audiotapes and 3 cosplay outfits from the start. The August 22 update increased figurine and cosplay case chances, and the August 27 update fixed cosplay suitcase chance again plus a freeze when leaving the cosplay menu.

Cereal Box Route

Open 10 cereal boxes for Gacha Addiction. Trash piles are the normal source, and Jenny’s current documented route is $10,000 per cereal box after every stat is maxed.

Foil Cleanup

A True Fan requires a full set of foil cards and The Collector requires all foil cards. Keep foil ownership separate from base-card ownership and record each cereal-box outcome before continuing.

Grind Cleanup

Annihilation asks for 999 garbage bags and Many Hoppy Returns! asks for 1000 beers. The August 27 notes say bag and beer achievement counters now calculate from save to save, so track those long grinds across sessions instead of assuming a single-save route is required.

Do Bag and Beer Counters Carry Across Saves?

Current answer: yes, according to the August 27 patch notes for collected trash bags and drunk cans of beer. Keep your own tracker anyway, because Steam achievement timing can still lag behind visible in-game actions.

Troubleshooting 100%

If an achievement does not unlock, first verify the exact requirement, current patch state and whether Steam registered the session. Use the save and achievement fix pages before deleting data or replaying large chunks.
